PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has dispatched we will email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number if applicable ( only NZ orders)

 

When placing an order with us please provide us with a physical address where there will be someone present to either sign and/or collect your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. Aston & Taylor are not responsible for any additional charges or expenses and delays acquired at the receivers end.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & CUSTOMS CHARGES

Your government may charge import duties or taxes on shipments from outside your country. Your responsible for all expenses /fees charged by your government. If you are unsure please contact your local customs office.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your parcel does not arrive within the approx delivery time or if it arrives damaged please contact us. We will do everything to track down a missing parcel or make an insurance claim.
